Danielle Bruynell
Danielle BruynellExecutive Director
Danielle was born and raised in the St. Petersburg area. She has over 16 years of business management experience in both the healthcare and senior living industry, emphasizing on great customer service and employee retention. In her spare time she enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her family.

Jennifer Berry
Jennifer BerryLife Enrichment Director
Jennifer Berry has experience in Life Enrichment spanning back more than a decade. She first started volunteering with her mother, Marie, when she was the concierge at The Palazzo Di Oro. She would help by calling bingo on some nights and help decorate for events on other nights. The residents there grew to love her as one of their own kin. So much so, that when the job opening was available for Life Enrichment they voted to ask if she would apply for the job! That is how she began her exciting career in Life Enrichment.
She has two degrees, one in commercial arts and the other in Internet Information Systems. After college she worked in her field until her first daughter, Bailey was born. She stayed at home to mother her. Shortly after, she began helping her mother at the Palazzo and decided to take the job in Life enrichment. She quickly learned that was was incredibly naïve to her elders and their needs. So she went back to school and studied with John Collins Healthcare and became an accredited and licensed Activity Director. She has worked in this field as a professional since 2008 and couldn’t be happier! She recently married her best friend, Alec and they have three beautiful little girls together. Bailey, Harper, and Presley.
Julie Maintzer
Julie MaintzerBusiness Office Manager
Julie was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah where she lived until 2010 when she moved her family to South Carolina and lived there until 2016 from there she moved to Clearwater, Florida. Julie has a background in accounting and human resources where she has over 10 years of experience mostly in the service industry such as roofing, flooring and restaurant businesses, Julie also holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource and organization Leadership. In Julie’s spare time she likes to spend time with her family and friends, watching the Red Sox, and traveling with her husband.
Alan Cunningham
Alan CunninghamDirector of Dining Services
Chef Alan Cunningham has worked for TJM Properties since 2003. Alan is a Florida & Pinellas county native and has been plating meals in the food service industry for over 19 years. Alan has worked in all kinds of kitchens in the county whether it’s senior living or restaurants. Alan is Food Safety certified and has an eye for detailed gourmet cooking and catering. Alan’s attention to detail has earned our facilities perfect surveys in the past from AHCA and the Florida Board of Health. Over the years, Chef Alan’s creative and culinary passion has earned the approval of our residents. Alan enjoys the Florida outdoor activities, concerts and is a proud Tampa Bay Buccaneers season pass holder.
