Our Management Team
Brooke began her career with TJM Properties in 2005 with The Oaks of Clearwater working on the Skilled Nursing Floor as a certified nursing assistant. In 2008, Brooke was promoted to the Staffing Coordinator Position where she was in charge of meeting the staffing demands for the Skilled Nursing Floor. In December 2011, Brooke advanced to the Human Resources Director position. In July of 2020, Brooke joined the Princess Martha Family as the Executive Director. In her role as Executive Director, Brooke provides routine guidance in a manner conducive to the comfort and safety of residents. Primary duties include managing the overall community functions. Brooke was born and raised in South Bend, Indiana. In her spare time Brooke enjoys spending time with her family and friends, supporting the Tampa Bay Rays, and relaxing in the sun!
Steve Bohlen has worked in the Senior Industry for decades, and has been involved on many levels including construction, concept development, ownership and partnership. Working with TJM Properties since 1985, he is responsible for the construction of 15 senior living facilities throughout his career. Currently Steve serves as the Plant Operations Supervisor for The Princess Martha and is charged with maintenance, security, and transportation, as well as assisting in the daily operation of the building. Steve is a fun-loving and easy-going guy and can be counted on for wearing two things…his genuine smile and his cowboy boots!
Alli Sparks was born in McDonough, Georgia where she grew up attending Community Christian School. In school, Alli participated in many clubs and volunteer organizations where she found a passion for marketing and creative fundraising. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Georgia Southern University, she worked several years as the Public Relations Coordinator for a family entertainment center in Statesboro, Georgia until she moved to St. Petersburg in the Summer of 2019. She worked as a Leasing Consultant at a luxury, waterfront community on the Boca Ciega Bay until joining the Princess Martha family in early 2021. Alli enjoys traveling with her husband, consuming coffee at all times, and spending time with her family.
A Florida native and veteran of the Air Force, Chef Brian has over 25 years’ experience in the culinary industry. His credentials include chef for the Los Angeles Dodgers, Bank of the Ozarks, The Arkansas Travelers, and numerous events such as the PGA and LPGA tours. Chef Brian has catered for top names in show business such as Aerosmith and Kenny Rogers, and has been the private chef for George Gleason, Armand Assanti, Orel Hershiser, Carl Hiaasen, and many other celebrities.
Melanie Vannozzi was born in New York but grew up in Chesterfield, Virginia. After attending John Tyler College as a business major, she spent 20 years working for the Chester County Transportation Department; both for the Virginia Public School system and the Chester YMCA. She then joined Bermuda Amoco serving as the office manager/bookkeeper until 2017, at which time she relocated to St Pete to be closer to family. Initially hired at The Princess Martha as a part-time employee, Melanie has worked her way through the ranks, and in 2019 she was promoted to the Activities & Life Enrichment Director. Melanie is the proud mom of twins and enjoys crafting, singing, playing the piano, and spending time with her new granddaughter Paisley Rose.
Andrea was born in Merida, Yucatan- Mexico. Moved to Bar Harbor, Maine in 2012 for 6 months to complete her internship In the Hospitality Industry and went back to Mexico the same year to graduate in International Hospitality Management from UVM- Glion Institute of Higher Education. After graduating Andrea moved back to Bar Habor, Maine in 2014 with Ocean Properties, where she had the opportunity to join the MIT program and grow in the Hospitality Management Industry until reaching the Controller and Human Resources Director position in Florida. Her accomplishments include controller task force with West Coast Florida properties, development international recruitment programs, and multiple corporate projects. Andrea recently joined the team at The Princess Martha as a Business Office Manager – Human Resources Director. Andrea loves spending time with her family, enjoys days at the park, and movie dates with her husband and son.
Anthony Vannozzi was born and raised in Richmond Virginia and graduated in 2015 from L.C. Bird High School in Chester, Virginia. While attending high school, Anthony worked as a Drywall Assistant for four years. In 2017, he relocated to Sarasota, Florida and then to St Pete in 2019. Once moving to St Pete, Anthony worked as a Maintenance Technician and Painter at the Twins Inn on Treasure Island. In October of 2019, Anthony was led to The Princess Martha where he began as a Painter and Maintenance Technician. In January 2021, Anthony was promoted to Houseman. In his free time, he loves to spend time with his daughter Paisley Rose and his family. Anthony loves the beach and to travel the United States to visit family.
Angela Butler was born and raised in St Petersburg Florida. The early part of her career was spent with the Pinellas County school system, working in food services. In 2003 Angela made the move to the private sector and began her tenure with The Princess Martha. Beginning as a server in the dining room and eventually moving to the housekeeping department, she was promoted to Lead Housekeeper in 2018. In her free time Angela enjoys camping and having fun with her son and grandbaby.
