Brooke began her career with TJM Properties in 2005 with The Oaks of Clearwater working on the Skilled Nursing Floor as a certified nursing assistant. In 2008, Brooke was promoted to the Staffing Coordinator Position where she was in charge of meeting the staffing demands for the Skilled Nursing Floor. In December 2011, Brooke advanced to the Human Resources Director position. In July of 2020, Brooke joined the Princess Martha Family as the Executive Director. In her role as Executive Director, Brooke provides routine guidance in a manner conducive to the comfort and safety of residents. Primary duties include managing the overall community functions. Brooke was born and raised in South Bend, Indiana. In her spare time Brooke enjoys spending time with her family and friends, supporting the Tampa Bay Rays, and relaxing in the sun!

Steve Bohlen has worked in the Senior Industry for decades, and has been involved on many levels including construction, concept development, ownership and partnership. Working with TJM Properties since 1985, he is responsible for the construction of 15 senior living facilities throughout his career. Currently Steve serves as the Plant Operations Supervisor for The Princess Martha and is charged with maintenance, security, and transportation, as well as assisting in the daily operation of the building. Steve is a fun-loving and easy-going guy and can be counted on for wearing two things…his genuine smile and his cowboy boots!

Meg Stevens was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She received her undergraduate degree from the College of Charleston and her Master’s degree from Georgia State University.  She moved with her three girls to St. Petersburg in 2007 and immediately feel in love with the city.  She is an ambassador of St. Petersburg as a whole, it’s eclectic arts opportunities and the quality of life it has to offer.  She has worked in a variety of sales roles in the community, more specifically in the real estate industry for the last four years. She has always been enamored with The Princess Martha and is ecstatic to be the Sales Director for such a unique living experience in Downtown St. Pete.  She enjoys riding her bike, taking in the local murals, art walks, music, bike rides and so much more.

Brittany is a Florida native and grew up in North East St. Petersburg and enjoys all the wonderful amenities in our own backyard. Brittany began her career with TJM Properties in 2011 at The Oaks of Clearwater as a Nursing Office Assistant. In 2013, she was promoted to Administrative Assistant where she oversaw the Independent Living residents, First Impressions, Security and Transportation Departments as well as assisting the Executive Director until 2018. Brittany rejoined the TJM Properties family as our Life Enrichment Director at The Princess Martha in April 2021. Brittany is a mother of three boys and three bonus sons. As a mother of all boys, she is very active and enjoys sports and being outdoors.

Andrea was born in Merida, Yucatan- Mexico. Moved to Bar Harbor, Maine in 2012 for 6 months to complete her internship In the Hospitality Industry and went back to Mexico the same year to graduate in International Hospitality Management from UVM- Glion Institute of Higher Education. After graduating Andrea moved back to Bar Habor, Maine in 2014 with Ocean Properties, where she had the opportunity to join the MIT program and grow in the Hospitality Management Industry until reaching the Controller and Human Resources Director position in Florida. Her accomplishments include controller task force with West Coast Florida properties, development international recruitment programs, and multiple corporate projects. Andrea recently joined the team at The Princess Martha as a Business Office Manager – Human Resources Director. Andrea loves spending time with her family, enjoys days at the park, and movie dates with her husband and her two children.

John Ridenour was born and raised in Michigan. Being raised in a traditional European family, John established culinary skills as soon as he could reach the stove. He attended Ferris State University where he had a theater scholarship that allowed him to participate in the performing arts and earn a Bachelor’s in Social Work. John’s social work career started in Gerontology. His passions shifted when he moved to Washington DC where he worked with John Kent Cook to open a Fine Wine and Tapas shop. In 2017, he visited St. Pete on vacation and quickly decided to make it his home. He arrived at The Princess Martha in December of 2019 as the Dining Room Manager. He fell in love with the magic of the community and was soon promoted to Food and Dining Director. When John is not working, he loves to spend time at the beach, relax on a boat, and be around the water. His daily goal is to make everyone smile, no matter what the situation may be.

Bruce was born and raised in a small resort town in Norhthern Michigan, and he has lived in St. Petersburg for over ten years. He has two children (of the fur variety) and is recently married to his partner of 11 years. He enjoys traveling when he can. Bruce came to The Princess Martha after taking a leave of absence from a position in the medical field. He still feels as welcome in the community as he did on his first day. Bruce says he truly enjoys his job because learns something new each and every day.

Lindsay grew up just outside of Valley Forge Park in Southeastern Pennsylvania. After high school, he began a long career in drywall construction where he played a role in the building of hundreds of custom homes in the greater Philadelphia area. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and golfing among other things. Lindsay joined the team at The Princess Martha in April 2017 and has since been promoted to our Lead Maintenance Technician. He loves serving the residents at The Princess Martha where he is able to get to know them each individually. Lindsay says his motto is “If I can’t help somebody with something today, why get out of bed?”

Anthony Vannozzi was born and raised in Richmond Virginia and graduated in 2015 from L.C. Bird High School in Chester, Virginia. While attending high school, Anthony worked as a Drywall Assistant for four years. In 2017, he relocated to Sarasota, Florida and then to St Pete in 2019. Once moving to St Pete, Anthony worked as a Maintenance Technician and Painter at the Twins Inn on Treasure Island. In October of 2019, Anthony was led to The Princess Martha where he began as a Painter and Maintenance Technician. In January 2021, Anthony was promoted to Houseman. In his free time, he loves to spend time with his daughter Paisley Rose and his family. Anthony loves the beach and to travel the United States to visit family.

Angela Butler was born and raised in St Petersburg Florida. The early part of her career was spent with the Pinellas County school system, working in food services. In 2003 Angela made the move to the private sector and began her tenure with The Princess Martha. Beginning as a server in the dining room and eventually moving to the housekeeping department, she was promoted to Lead Housekeeper in 2018. In her free time Angela enjoys camping and having fun with her son and grand-baby.
